Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)

By providing this consent, I agree that Komfort 8 Ltd. may process my personal data, namely my full name, address, and email address, for the purpose of sending informational and marketing communications regarding the company's products and services.

My personal data will be processed until I withdraw my consent, but for no longer than five (5) years, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

I acknowledge that:

• providing this consent is voluntary;
• I may withdraw my consent at any time through the "Exercise Your Rights" page or by any other method made available by the Data Controller;
• the withdrawal of my consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on my consent before its withdrawal.
